Kiwi Income Property Trust has provided NZX with a copy of its Notice of Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday, 12 August 2010, with proceedings commencing at 10.00am. The venue for the meeting will be the Rangimarie Rooms, Level 3, Telstra Clear Centre, Museum of New Zealand, Te Papa Tongarewa, 55 Cable Street, Wellington.
The Notice of Annual Meeting has been mailed to all Unit Holders and Mandatory Convertible Note Holders. A copy is attached, alternatively a copy can be requested by emailing info@kipt.co.nz.
